Everyone likes a warm welcome and a proper goodbye. A contractor working with Graystone Estates reached out to signgeek to craft a bold monument sign. The goal was to build a sign that would stand out to the visitors and residents. Our team handled dimensional letters production and installation on this sign plan. signgeek has the technology on hand to cut virtually any signage material - making us a good fit for this project. We made the multilayer letter signage with a technique that really makes the letters pop.

First, our CNC Lead routed the one-and-a-quarter-inch thick letters fabricated alongside thinner half-inch background letters. The lighter grey larger letters shadow the darker gray letterforms placed in the foreground. This method of outlining each letter makes the dimensional verbiage stand out literally and visually to the viewer.

Next, our professional painter smoothly coated both sets of 3D letters in high-quality sign paints. Signgeek has a personal Matthews Paint mixing station on site for consistent, quality work. Our installation tech stud-mounted the dimensional letter sets and faceplates to the stone monument sign on location.

Escambia County Clinics wanted to make excellent healthcare accessible to all. To do this, they created a new name and brand position - becoming known as Community Health Northwest Florida. Idgroup did a great job on the rebrand design, while Community Health contracted signgeek to help them display their new name.

signgeek created an exterior identity sign with dimensional letters to showcase the new company name. We began with a 1" thick PVC base plate. Our craftsman then laser cut acrylic letters for the sign. These were to be applied to the sign base front. Next, we painted the sign base in house with our high-grade Matthews Paint Station, alongside the letters. For application of the letters, our tech first set up a stencil on the sign base in the desired location of the dimensional letters. He then placed each letter in the proper position inside the stencil. Last, he slowly peeled off the stencil - leaving the characters in an accurate proportion to each other.

This bright lettering and signage represents the continuous hope Community Health brings to the area.

The growing Pen Air Credit Union brand recently opened a new branch in Downtown Pensacola. Their brand acknowledges the importance and value of community amongst its members and employees. The Pen Air team wanted to create an eye-catching avenue to display these beliefs in their office space. Thus, they reached out to signgeek for design and fabrication of this company values display. We came up with the idea of a custom, multi layered wall display with dimensional letters. 

We crafted the foundation of this sign by laser cutting multiple acrylic layers in-house. Our laser technician inserted a sheet of 3m acrylic material into the bed and precisely cut the rectangular shape panels. In similar fashion and with proper plotting, we laser cut the 3d lettering out of white acrylic material. 

The next stop on the production of ths acrylic project involves a stop at our Matthews Paint booth. signgeek painted the panels with color-matched brand identity colors.

Another aspect of lettering that has yet to be addressed is the white cut vinyl we used for the content sections. The combination of cut vinyl and laser cut letters evokes an interesting aesthetic to the viewer's eye.

The mix of striking brand colors and 3d letters is sure to make this project stand out to guests and employees, alike. Pen Air is a community-based credit union through and through. This wall display with a variety of lettering is a great testament to that statement.
